How Swift works

Warts are caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV), which is good at hiding from your immune system. That is why warts can last for years, spread, and come back after treatments like acids, freezing or trimming, which only target the wart you can see.

Swift works differently. A special probe delivers precisely controlled microwave energy to the affected tissue for a few seconds. That stimulates your body's natural immune response, helping it recognize and clear the infection.

Infected tissue can exist several millimeters below the skin's surface. Swift delivers a precise, highly controlled energy dose that rapidly elevates tissue temperature. As microwave energy travels into the tissue, the water molecules try to align with the microwave field, causing them to collide and create friction. The heat generated creates a highly accurate zone of treatment. In just seconds, the treatment is complete, and the healing cascade begins immediately. Treated tissue is quickly repaired, replaced and regenerated.

What to expect

Up to 85%clearance in clinical studies
Under 1%recurrence once a lesion clears

Each treatment takes just seconds. Like many skin treatments, it can be uncomfortable. It is not uncommon to feel a sharp sensation, similar to an injection, but it quickly subsides, and lasting pain is rare.

How many treatments you need depends on how your body responds. Some patients need several sessions, typically spaced two weeks to a month apart, and most lesions resolve after about three. No treatment can guarantee results.

Afterward the area may feel sore, but you can go about your normal day. There is no need for dressings or aftercare.
